We Are Committed To Being Good Stewards!
-
God calls us to be good stewards of all we are given – creation, relationships, our bodies, our talents, money and other material gifts of all sort. Our commitment to transparent stewardship efforts enable us to do more together for the Kingdom of God.

Our “Noisy Offering” is a special type of church offering where everyone is encouraged to bring loose change – coins that make lots of noise! After the children’s moment, kids go around collecting the offering, and the clinking and jingling of the coins make it a fun, interactive experience. It’s a great way to engage children in the act of giving, making this special offering exciting for them and the congregation. Our Noisy Offering goes to support a special ministry each week.

Together, United Methodists do remarkable ministry around the world. We care for survivors recovering from earthquakes and storms; we invest, long term, in vulnerable communities; we implement the most effective solutions to diseases like malaria; we equip the next generation to lead the church and society. In all of this, we share the good news of Jesus Christ.
Allocation of all U.S. local church expense dollars:
85% remains with the local church
7% goes to jurisdictions, annual conferences, and districts
6% goes to benevolent giving
2% goes to general apportionments

Consider naming your church as a beneficiary in your will or living trust. The gift could be a set dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, the remainder after other gifts are made, or a gift of that part of the estate left if designated heirs are deceased. If you are interested in more information on this, please reach out to the church office.
